Kender mansion is nice newbie area, with lots of small kenders. Entrance won't be shown in map. Kenders size tend to vary a lot. Even from 1k to 20k. It seems that party kenders tend to be biggers. There is usually many kenders in same room, and if you use offskills/-spells most of them will aggro. So this is nice to go with newbie hitters and small tarma. Or I did this area a lot when I was gnome riftwalker, as it got natural conceal casting. Sometimes there will aggro couple kenders just from fighting. I don't know is there any certain patern, but atleast party kenders seems to aggro together. Kenders drop shitload of trash.
Downstairs you'll find little bit bigger stuff to kill. You need to have 200+ str and 'pull hatch' to reveal entrance. Undeads that will be around 20-60k, and maybe even biggger. There is also one 300k eq mob (green room). They aren't aggro, but blue rooms indicate mobs that blocks your way to south.
